Pro, enthusiast or casual rider – road bike positional set-up is crucial for comfort and efficiency. At Cycle Heaven we can offer you a one-stop shop for all your fitting, coaching and therapy needs:
Riding a bicycle subjects the body to repetitive stresses over lengthy periods of time. What may start as an occasional niggle can steadily develop into something more uncomfortable or even damaging. Optimising the riding position bio-mechanically not only minimises discomfort, but also maximises your riding efficiency - improving power transfer from rider to bicycle. You can ride further, faster and in more comfort.
We have a relaxed, private studio upstairs for Retül bike fitting and any associated therapies as well as showering and changing facilities. A bike fitting consultation usually lasts about 2 hours.
Please note that all bike fitting must be by appointment - Email Martin - mglover.hth@gmail.com
