The Ridgeback Panorama is the top bike in the Ridgeback touring and adventure range. At its heart is a frame made from butted Reynolds 725 tubing, which is light yet strong enough to pull off fully-laden touring with ease. The frame is coupled with a light and springy triple-butted cromoly fork. The spec mixes well-chosen Shimano transmission components with Tektro Spyre cable-operated disc brakes. The 9-speed triple transmission delivers a super-low climbing gear (26t at the front with 34t at the rear = 21 gear inches, if you want to be geeky).
The frame and the wheels are designed to cope with all the load permutations associated with full-on camping touring. The accessory spec includes full mudguards, pannier racks at the front and the rear, a rear-mounted kickstand and 3 bottle cages. You will need very little else.
