The Tour 40 is based around the highly accomplished Reynolds 725 steel frame and fork and kitted out with a Shimano Tiagra 10 speed groupset. The wide range double 46/30 chainset and 10 speed 11-39t cassette provide ample gearing for fully laden hilly routes without spinning out while enjoying the downhills. Combine the frame with TRP Spyre disk brakes and Vittoria Randonneur 700x40c tyres and you have security, comfort and durability providing maximum ride enjoyment.
The Tour de Fer range all come pre-loaded with full length mudguards (indespensible, let's face it), rear rack, front lowrider rack and three mounted bottle cages. The Tour de Fer 30 a dynamo hub, powering front and rear lights. All you need are some panniers, bottles and a plan and the Tour 30 will be more than happy to oblige. #letsgotouring
